Fit for your bike Since a few years, the CFC (Centre de Formation pour Conducteurs) in Colmar-Berg (LUX) is organising the Fit for your bike, a ‘‘Warm-up‘ training. It’s perfect for all the riders, that doesn’t feel ready for the upcoming season, but also for riders that feel comfortable on their bike, but wants to learn some more techniques. Unfortunately, in the last few years there were alot of bikes involved in accidents, so it is important for motorcyclists that they are aware of the many dangers in traffic. Not only the motorcycle, but also the body and soul have to be fit. Especially after a long winter break, you have to get used to the acceleration of your bike again. Daily schedule registration: 7.30h – 8:30h 12:30h – 13:30h Exercises: 1. Slalom, Sight- and steering-techniques 2. Braking 3. Circle riding and corner techniques 4. Motorcycle special track 5. Corner-riding on the GoodYear Track 6. Braking and avoidance test 7. First aid 8. All Motorcyclists can participate, except you have valid motorcycle-license and a registered motorcycle which corresponds to the safety regulations. The payment confirmation is also the confirmation of registration. Further Informations Before the begin of the exercises, there will be a briefing. You have to wear protective motorcycle-clothing to participate.
