Since a few years, the CFC (Centre de Formation pour Conducteurs) in Colmar-Berg (LUX) is organising the Fit for your bike, a ‘‘Warm-up‘ training. It’s perfect for all the riders, that doesn’t feel ready for the upcoming season, but also for riders that feel comfortable on their bike, but wants to learn some more techniques.

Unfortunately, in the last few years there were alot of bikes involved in accidents, so it is important for motorcyclists that they are aware of the many dangers in traffic.
Not only the motorcycle, but also the body and soul have to be fit. Especially after a long winter break, you have to get used to the acceleration of your bike again.

Registration is complete while contacting the Centre de Formation pour Conducteurs in Colmar-Berg – Tel. 85 82 85 1 oder E-Mail: contact@cfc.lu.

All Motorcyclists can participate, except you have valid motorcycle-license and a registered motorcycle which corresponds to the safety regulations.
Registration fees of 25 € have to be transfered to the banc account BCEE LU96 0019 1300 0145 9000 (reference: ‘‘Fit for your bike‘‘).
The payment confirmation is also the confirmation of registration.


Further Informations
Before the begin of the exercises, there will be a briefing. You have to wear protective motorcycle-clothing to participate.
